Wonderfully accessible transport in Edinburgh

It's so great to be able to turn up and get on the tram to any of the stations. The wheelchair space area is marked on the platform so it couldn't be easier. It's a joy to travel on this system....

Good access poor policies

The access to the tram and the stops etc are great. However the poor policies in place do not make it a friendly first time experience!
