Overview
I have used the trams about a dozen times now and think they're great. They have dedicated wheelchair spaces. There's a wheelchair icon on the ground at stops, where the doors giving direct access to the wheelchair spaces. You roll on and off, you don't need a ramp. The trams are clean and tidy. There's a conductor who checks passengers tickets and also ensure you get on and off ok.
Transport & Parking
There are stops at Haymarket Train station and along Princes Street too, where you are able to pick up lots of bus services.
Access
All the trams are roll on, roll off and there's dedicated wheelchair spaces.
Toilets
There are no toilets on the trams.
Staff
The staff - conductor checks to make sure you get on and off ok. There's a button you press to let the driver know that you want to get off, and he gives you extra time.
