Overview
Myself and another wheelchair were told to get there early so we could get in and get to the wheelchair area before it got busy, however, no staff where there to open the accessible entrance, and we couldn't get in to let them know we were there. There people using walking frames who had been waiting before us. I then asked a other member of audience to inform the staff- which they did. We then had to scramble through the crowd (after asking asking staff for help, which didn't happen) We got to the disabled area. This was a fantastic view, close to the stage and close to the audience so you really felt part of the audience. The only downside was that when I ask to use the toilet and was told it was on the other side of the venue with looks of what do want us to do. which is shame as this spoilt an otherwise great night.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
So disappointed as by get the basics so wrong it ruined our night and yet it being concert you need to drink and use the bathroom. such a shame as band and view were amazing. Emergency exits need to be accessible too!
