The outside of The Queen's Hall is a large Georgian building with a clock tower, black doors and railings, arched windows and red flags with white arches on white flagpoles.
The lowered counter in the Box Office for wheelchairs. Box Office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and then 30 minutes before the venue doors open for events.
The Box Office from outside is painted black with a window either side of the door. There are arches in the windows which contain advertising posters and above the door there is a red arch. The Box Office is wheelchair accessible but the door is not assisted. There is no direct access to the Hall from the Box Office - you need to go back out on to the pavement and turn right then right again.
A long wide foyer runs from the front of the building to the back where the bar and accessible toilets are located. An incline of around 9% starts about one third of the way along the foyer and flattens out when you reach the bar area.

There are two all gender accessible toilets, with grab rails, an alarm, sanitary bin and free period products
There are individual cubicle toilets upstairs. There is no lift to this floor
There is a one way system in place for the toilets upstair. Green lights show you which cubicles are available.

A corridor runs along the entire front of the building downstairs
This shows the auditorium set up for a seated show with rows of seats. Wheelchair and companion spaces will be at the end of a row or in the red seats at the side

We have a wheelchair lift to help performers with access needs get on to our stage. This can be hired by other venues or organisations.
