Getting Here

The Glass Works is a short stroll through the public square from Barnsley Interchange, where convenient buses and coaches depart and arrive from across Barnsley, South and West Yorkshire and further afield. Sheffield, Huddersfield, Leeds and Nottingham are connected to Barnsley by regular direct train services. Trains also call at a number of outlying villages and smaller towns including Darton, Wombwell, Elsecar, Chapeltown, Dodworth and Silkstone Common.

Parking

There are 475 spaces in The Glass Works multi-storey car park. This includes: 20 Parent and Child Bays, 28 Disabled Bays, 10 Next Click and Collect Bays and 6EV Charging Bays. To claim your free parking with your Blue Badge, drive to the exit barrier as normal, contact the security control room via the intercom on the ticket machine, quote your blue badge number and the barriers will be lifted.
