Getting Here
The library can be well accessed by numerous bus services that service Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington, Chester and Liverpool. There are 2 bus stops at the Shopping City, with a lift that can take you to the main shopping concourse, from which the library entrance can be located.
Parking
Parking for the library is available through one of the four car parks located around the Shopping City. Each car park has disabled parking spaces on Level D, which is the same level to access the shops and library.
