The Residence consists of 74 apartments, each with its own personality. Two of the apartments are accessible apartments. Collectively they showcase the building’s fascinating history, carefully integrating luxury contemporary furnishings with distinctive architecture. At Cheval Old Town Chambers we offer a range of apartments to suit every requirement, from open plan, one, two and three bedroom apartments all the way to a one-of-a-kind two-bedroom townhouse and five penthouses with spectacular views. The location presents the very best of Edinburgh on your doorstep. You can gaze towards Princes Street and the iconic Scott Monument, or enjoy people watching over the Royal Mile, one of Edinburgh’s most iconic streets. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and provide all the luxury extras to enhance your stay. The apartments come in a truly versatile range of shapes and sizes, sleeping from one to six guests, united by their central location and excellent service. Accessibility

Access to the property front entrance is via a ramp which is suitable for wheelchair users. There are 24 apartments in the part of the building directly adjoining the Royal Mile, all of which are accessible via lift from the main lobby. Of these 24 apartments, two Deluxe Open Plan apartments are accessible - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The bathrooms have grab rails and red assistance cords.
