Overview

At all of the stops we used there were rams to access/leave the platform and a wheelchair symbol on the platform indicating where a carriage with wheelchair spaces would stop. Wheelchair rolled directly on to the tram from the platform no problem. Lovely smooth journey and good space allocated for wheelchairs on the carriages.

Toilets

n/a though we did use the toilet at Haymarket station which is excellent. You need a Radar key for it.

Staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. When checking our tickets on the tram they asked where we would be getting off. They then passed this info on to the driver so he could give us extra time at our stop to get off.
