The Vicarage Road Stadium is the home of Watford Football Club, who currently play in the EFL Championship. With additional wheelchair spaces, ambulant/easy access spaces and our state of the art Sensory Room, we’re pleased to welcome disabled supporters who may not have been to a game for while, or even attended before. We also provide Soccer Sight headsets for supporters with visual impairments, a seat side food and drink ordering service, storage for wheelchairs and walking frames, escorts to your seats and much more. Accessible viewing areas are available in the Rookery, Lower Graham Taylor, Upper Graham Taylor and Sir Elton John Stands. Visiting supporter facilities are available in the Vicarage Road Stand. Each viewing area is served by a dedicated accessible entrance, with lifts to provide step and ramp free acccess where required. There is personal assistant space available in all areas. Accessible Performances
The club has 21 Soccer Sight headsets, which allow visually impaired supporters to sit in any part of the ground and listen to the commentary provided by volunteers from the Watford Hospital Radio team. Please email disabled.supporters@watfordfc.com or call our ticket office hotline on 01923 223023 in advance of your visit with your name and seat number to order a headset, which will be delivered to your seat in time for kick off and collected at the end of the match. Headsets can be provided on a seasonal basis and are also available to visiting supporters.

Toilets
Accessible toilets are provided in all accessible viewing areas around the stadium. Each toilet is Radar Key operated and have support rails and alarm cords fitted. Matchday disabled liaison officers can provide Radar Keys on request. A Changing Places facility is also available.
Staff
Dedicated matchday disabled liaison officers are also posted in all accessible areas of the stadium. Our stewarding and ticket office staff have all been given accessibility training which is refreshed at the start of each season. Accessibility awareness is also covered on a match-by-match basis during pre-match briefings. Our Vicarage Roadies matchday meet and greet team provide a dedicated service to all disabled visitors, which ranges from escort to seats, to help with refreshments and everything inbetween. The team are dressed in hi-vis ‘Roadie Jackets’ and can be found on the approaches to and around the stadium from at least 90 minutes before kickoff. They also have an information point at the North-East corner of the stadium. Our dedicated team of volunteers also provide a seat side food and drink ordering service for all disabled supporters.
