Overview

The staff are incredibly helpful but the venue isn't really accessibl, there a loads of stairs and no lifts, you have to enter through the back door.

Transport & Parking

Victoria tube station is right next toit and it is accessible.

Access

There were no lifts and a lot of stairs, there were limited places we could go.

Toilets

There is one but I didn't see how accessible it was

Staff

The staff were incredible! They let us choose what merchandise we wanted and then brought it to us as we couldn't access the stall. There was also a butler that brought us drinks,and we got to order what we wanted for interval which they then brought to us. A man named keith took great care of us. At the end the escorted us out the back entrance so we could avoid the crowds.
