Venue Description

Victoria Palace Theatre is currently home to Billy Elliot the Musical. Performances are at 7:30pm Monday to Saturday with matinee performances at 2:30pm on Thursdays and Saturdays. The show runs for approximately 3 hours, including one interval of 20 minutes. Patrons with specific access or seating requirements, should book with the box office direct on 020 7834 1170. Bookings for specific seats should be made early to avoid disappointment. Bookings and enquiries can also be taken by email at access@victoriapalace.co.uk.

Accessibility

The Victoria Palace Theatre is situated on the north side of Victoria Street opposite Victoria Station. There is a 3cm step up through swing doors from the street to the main foyer, where you will find the box office is on the left. There are 4 steps down from the foyer to the stalls auditorium, and 28 steps up from the foyer to the dress circle where there are two steps between rows. Wheelchair access is via the second exit in Allington Street, which is to the west or left of the theatre; There are two spaces for wheelchairs within the stalls, P36 and M36.

There is an adapted toilet just inside the Allington Street side entrance. Please ask a member of staff to unlock it if you do not carry a RADAR key.
