Overview
Family Easter Treat. We were met at the door by very welcoming staff, shown accessible toilet location and helped to our seats which were in a box at the rear of the stalls. The doorway to the box was too narrow for my wheel chair even though my chair is smaller than standard. I was able to transfer to a comfortable chair so it was not an issue for me fortunately. However for others it could be a problem.
Transport & Parking
We travelled from King’s Cross to Victoria by tube then walked he short distance to the theatre
Access
We were met as we approached the theatre, escorted to our seats very well.
Toilets
Very easy, near to accessible seats and clean and comfortable to use.
Staff
Extremely helpful, polite and friendly
