Venue Description

Urban Jump offers something for everyone. We have trampolines, a soft play area and an Urban Rainforest Experience all under one roof. Sessions are timetabled to allow all ages to participate safely. We offer a term time timetable of sessions which includes a Mini Mornings session for Under 5’s on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1000-1400 which provides four hour access to the trampolines and soft play on a combined ticket. Children aged over 5 can participate in our Open Jump & Urban Rainforest sessions which give one or two hours of activity time on both areas of the park, these sessions run after school, at weekends and throughout all school holidays. Friday night is disco night, Urban Nights provides two hours of disco lights and tunes from 7-9pm for the over 10’s. As well as a fun activity, the park is also used for fitness through our Fitness Classes which operate on a Monday morning. Accessibility

We have ramps into our main entrance. Disabled lift access to lower floor. 2 disabled toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs). All doorways permit wheelchair access. We offer an 'Additional needs session' on Wednesdays during term time from 5pm-6pm. This is at a discounted rate (proof must be provided at reception). We also offer variations to our compulsory safety briefing i.e. a verbal briefing.

Toilets

We provide 2 disabled toilets - one on the upper floor and one on the lower. These are both step free and have support bars, easy locks and alarm systems.
