Venue Description
This important grade II listed building is one of the oldest working theatres in the country with an exquisite example of a regency auditorium. With a collection of historic buildings that surround the stage house, it a fine example of a Theatre that has evolved over the last two hundred years. Part of The Ambassador Theatre Group, Theatre Royal Brighton has a wide selection of productions throughout the year from 5* quality drama to award winning dance pieces. Situated in the heart of Brighton we are easily accessible via car, train & bus routes with access to the venue via New Road.
Accessibility
Access to Theatre Royal Brighton is via New Road which is semi pedestrianized. The main entrance to our box office and stalls auditorium has step free access throughout with push and pull doors wide enough to accommodate large wheelchairs. We do not have a lift due to our grade II listing but we are able to offer discounted prices in the stalls for access patrons.

Our staff are on hand to assist all our patrons. Due to a staff member being Deaf the majority of our Front of House staff have an understanding of British Sign Language.
