A perfect getaway

Overview
We had a five day stay in The Stables, which slept 2. This has to be one of the best holiday cottages that I've stayed in, and the access is so good that I could stay here on my own with no assistance. Their website is excellent and includes a 3d tour of the property; this more than makes up for my woeful lack of photos. https://www.harrods-cornwall.co.uk
Transport & Parking
We drove. There is a parking space directly outside, with a hard (not gravel) surface. There is a ramp to get into the property but I managed this with no assistance.
Access
Excellent all round. Kitchen appliances were standard height, but I can manage these from my chair. The only minor issue was that the plates, glasses and mugs were in a top cupboard in the kitchen and so my husband had to reach these for me.
Toilets
Toilet with grab rails (see photo), and a level surface wet room. Stool for shower as standard, with toilet raisers and shower chairs are available upon request, along with other accessibility equipment (see website for details).
Staff
Online booking, which was great. Communicated with the owner by text/email; the key was left in a safe for us. All very efficient, and no concerns. Shower chair and toilet seat left for me as requested. A welcome pack (scones, jam, cream, apple juice, milk) left for us when we arrived.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I will definitely go back. The cottage was amazing. There are also others for larger groups available.
