Could do better...
It was difficult to access the café using a wheelchair. Many tables were not accessible to us due to other tables obstructing the way. Stuff was in the way in the store and the escalator was out...

Good, but could do better!
Access is generally good. However, pillars can cause some potential issues. First floor access was generally good, but the cafe was pretty shoddy in terms of access and customer service.
