Great day out very friendly staff

Transport & Parking

Did not park as used train but it’s about a 10 minute walk from Bath Spa Station

Access

There were lifts throughout the venue for those who needed it

Toilets

Did not use accessible toilet at the location

Excellent the guy who was outside was very helpful when I explained my autism he let me in on the child’s rate as I was on my own so couldn’t make use of usual carers discount and even put it through the till himself. I’m sure this won’t happen every time but thought it was excellent service.
