then venue is not suitable for various classes of disabled persons and the council who run the place are clearly not bothered to provide a better experience. wheelchair user cannot go all round the baths as there is a drainage void on the floor and there is only place to go closer to the waters edge. there is no provision for wheelchair users who cannot access certain areas, such as extra material on audio guide or photographs visually impaired will have many challenges inside the museum as its very dark and there’s no lighting or glow in the dark stripes to guide your feet. theres very little signage around thr inside so you can get easily lost and confused. the audio guide is not set up for wheelchair users and nor those who need clear monologues. the audio guide are for the sighted. there is no lower customer desk to buy tickets only normal heights. staff are helpful the venue isn’t suitable for those with autism due to the crowds , no information is given as to quiet times and i don’t believe there is a quiet room
