Overview

Very accessible venue, ramps were clearly indicated. I had the option of early entry. Staff were very helpful on the phone and in person. My only criticism would be the wheelchair spaces were only in the very front row but the carers seat was right next to me which was a plus point. I would highly recommend this venue for wheelchair users.

Transport & Parking

There's no parking directly outside but if you have blue badge you can park up the side streets, wee bit hilly though - take your electric chair if you have the option.

Access

No access problems to The Grand. It was all ramped, from the queuing area right into the theatre itself.

Toilets

Non- Applicable - didn't use facilities.

Staff

As stated previously very helpful on the phone and in person.

I would recommend this venue to other people and those accessibility issues.
