Overview

We have visited this venue in previous years and the really good news is that a fantastic new permanent ramp and a lift have been put in. However, there needs to be more awareness. We were going to a show in the celllar and were taken to the locked door that leads to the lift. The member of staff was helpful but didnt know the code to the door and disappeared for what seemed ages, to find it. We eventually got to the lift and down to the celllar. However, a lot of equipment and boxes had been left oppostie the lift door making it very difficult for the wheelchair to get out. It is a shame to make such a good investment in making the venue accessible but not give the appropriate training to staff.
