Venue Description
William Charles Sage is listed in the 1896 roll of pubs and hostelries as the publican of the St. Germain's Hotel, St. Germain's Road Brockley, Forest Hill, which is now home of the newly refurbished Honor Oak, “my local pub”, it most certainly has some history. When the road changed its name to “St. Germans Road” the pub name changed to the “St. Germans” and in 2007 the pub was finally given its current name of “The Honor Oak”. We hope that with our blend of a traditional warm welcome, combined with our contemporary British food menu and some truly unique cask and craft beers, that the new Honor Oak will soon become a firm favorite within the local communities of Honor Oak, Forest Hill and Brockley. Open every day from 10am, whether you are stopping by for a quick catch up with friends over coffee, a tasty homemade bar snack or a more substantial meal in the restaurant, the all new Honor Oak has something for everyone
