Overview

All Harry Potter fans will know about Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station! Due to popular demand, even Muggles can now visit this, and a themed shop too.

Transport & Parking

This is within a major London train station, so couldn't really be closer to public transport. Underground, buses and taxis are all also nearby - though you would have to find what was best for your individual needs. As in central London, driving and parking could be difficult.

Access

For the shop - flat access from station straight into shop. Doors of shop wide open while shop open. In places, due to the amount of things in the shop/it being busy, it could be a bit tight getting round especially if in a bigger wheelchair, but no major problems. Platform 9 3/4 - you can get your photo taken pushing a luggage trolley through the wall. The good thing is, you are allowed to take your own photos of family/friends doing this, although you can also buy a copy of the one professionally taken. This is a popular thing to do, and usually is a queue.

Toilets

There aren't toilets at the shop itself, but it's within Kings Cross Station which does have them. I didn't use them so am unable to give more info.

Staff

Enthusiastic staff! They seemed to be enjoying being there, and the ones taking the photos were interacting with the crowd.
