access is from the Hotel car park at the rear of the Hotel (Sat-Nav FK8 1DQ) where you will enter through a lane next to the cancer research shop which is barrier controlled, please press the ‘CALL’ button where this will be answered, if you require assistance at this time to enter the Hotel please ask for a member of our Team who will meet you accordingly and assist you to the Lift via a slight gradient slope then through the accessible doors on the left as you enter where this route will take you to the lift at the basement area of the Hotel. There is a 15% gradient slope
