Overview
When walking into the Deep it is on a ground level, so easily accessible, when paying entrance fee there is a lower counter that can be used for people in wheelchairs. Electric wheelchairs can also be borrowed from the Deep during the visit. Carers can enter free of charge.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking available that is free of charge.
Access
The Deep has three levels, these can all be accessed by lift or stairs. The route around the Deep is made up of gentle slopes.
Toilets
There are disabled toilets are available on each floor of the deep, toilets have emergency alarms fitted.
Staff
Staff are all very friendly and are willing to help with anything that may be needed.

Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are permitted and braille copies of the guidebook are available at reception to borrow that are free of charge.
