The Dean Tavern Newtongrange a historic Gothenberg pub Established in 1899. The Dean Tavern stands in Main Street as a community pub for residents and visitors to the village of Newtongrange. Still operating as the only true Gothenburg in Scotland which means the free profits from the establishment are dispersed to support sustain and develop local community groups and not for profit associations. Accessibility
With the exception of one meeting room - Everything is on ground floor level, Internally there is no steps anywhere. Outside we have ramps & rails. We do not have automatic doors therefore if required staff will assist. We have two accessible toilets. Our venue is used by many community groups who offer entertainment and events such as craft fairs, music events and other entertainment opportunities.
