Venue Description
Discover how Cardiff was transformed from a small market town of the 1300s, to one of the world's biggest ports in the 1900s, to the cool, cosmopolitan capital we know today. The Cardiff Story Museum uses stories, objects, photographs, film and hands-on activities to tell the history of Cardiff through the eyes of those who created the city - its people. The Museum is free entry and open Monday-Sunday, 10am-4pm.
Accessibility
The museum is located on the ground and basement floors of the Old Library building in Cardiff's city centre. The building has a ramp on the Working Street (St David's Hall) side of the building. We have a large lift and the museum displays have plenty of room around them to access the displays.
