Located in the original 19th century vault below the luxurious décor of The Ampersand Hotel, Apero offers a taste of the Mediterranean with a tempting menu of sharing plates and cocktails. Set in the heart of South Kensington, The Ampersand Hotel is on the doorstep of Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, with easy access to the best that London has to offer.

Set on the ground floor of the hotel, The Drawing Rooms reflects Albertopolis, the cultural quarter of South Kensington, boasting a beautiful patisserie lounge where both hotel guests
and local residents can enjoy artisan, premium coffee complimented by sweet & savoury pastries to be enjoyed in the romantic setting of over-sized armchairs and hand woven rugs.

Enter the dramatic arena of The Ampersand Hotel’s lower ground floor to experience the neighbourhood feel of Apero. Located in a vault below the luxurious décor of the hotel, Apero
offers a taste of the Mediterranean with cocktails inspired by the tradition of the aperitivo hour. Created using a collection of the finest boutique spirits, the cocktails are designed to
complement the playful small plates inspired by modern Mediterranean.

Accessibility

In order to access the hotel, we have a lift on the street level that takes our guests to The Apero Restaurant on the lower ground. The guests are then able to take another lift to the rest of the floors of the hotel leading to the hotel lobby and Drawing Rooms as well as the bedrooms. We also have accessible toilets along with the disabled access rooms. All our corridors are wide in size as well.
