Overview
Basically, everything and everywhere seemed spacious (except the lifts!), displays weren't too cluttered and friendly staff.
Transport & Parking
Plentiful bus and rail links nearby, Blackfriars station being my access point.
Access
I spent around two hours here and couldn't find anything that wasn't accessible, although one or two of the floors were a bit rough in places. Quite a confusing layout at times but clear map was provided.
Toilets
Basically, five star! Clean, red cords as they should be and a Changing Places. One thing I really liked was the accessible toilets weren't shared as baby changing, so no queues of riotous kids. Only thing I did find was one or two doors open outwards in to pretty crowded corridors, but a minor detail really!
Staff
Staff couldn't be anymore helpful here. Always happy to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble.
