The store is located in the Clapham Junction shopping centre. It has two entrance/exits and both have flat access from the shopping centre to enter the store. Neither entrance/exit has a door allowing good access. There is a threading service at the front of the store. The reclining threading chair has arms and a leg rest. The aisles are generally wide, however there are some which have a reduced width of approximately 70cm. There is a queue system at the till area which is in a wide s shape and surrounded by low level shelving with pick up purchases. The tills are approximately 1.2m high with removable chip and PIN terminals.
