Venue Description

Sun Lane Leisure is a state of the art health and fitness centre which features two swimming pools, a 100 station gym, exercise studio and health suite. Operated by Wakefield council the centre well equiped with numerous features to aid access and open daily to the public.

Accessibility

The centre has level access entry with passenger lifts to the first and second floors. The pools have graduated access steps, a tracked hoist system and wheel chair platform. The changing area has additional access changing rooms within which include height adjustable changing beds, tracked hoists with private showers and lockers. The gym has a range of technogym equipment that is versatile and adaptable.
