Overview

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in Abbey View, a 4-berth static caravan. It’s a model that has a wet room bathroom built in but the owners have put great thought into other accessible features. Level access outside from the parking area, decking around which creates a veranda from which there are lovely views over the fields towards the Abbey. Internally there is a reclining chair and profiling bed. Other equipment is available as needed such as mobile hoist and commode. The kitchen has lowered worktops and all the basics for cooking. Altogether it is comfortable, draught free, clean and cosy. With a large Sainsbury just 3 minutes away and Whitby just 15 minutes away by car the location of the accommodation is very good indeed. We will definitely come back.
