Overview
Very user friendly and hands on. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help you access as much as possible. Lifts etc.
Transport & Parking
Drove and parked right at the castle in a disabled spot.
Access
Lifts and seating dotted around. Felt very disabled friendly.

Staff
Excellent. Friendly, accessible and willing to help at all times.
