Venue Description

Located on the Cotswold Way in the grounds of Ullenwood Manor at national Star, the StarBistro offers simple and in-season dishes with ingredients sourced from Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and the South West of England. Our food is prepared by experts and learners from National Star College (National Star is a provider of specialist further education, training, personal development and residential services for people with physical and learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries)

Accessibility

Our visitors car park has plenty of designated disabled parking bays with slope to access the main building, or there is a drop of zone outside reception for those that have mobility issues and would like to avoid the slope. Automatic doors at the entrance and electronic double opening doors into StarBistro. We have height adjustable tables, advanced booking is advised. Toilets are all accessible, we have two changing rooms with height adjustable beds. All PPE required is available in each toilet.

Toilets

Toilets and changing facilities are step free the initial access door is electronically controlled, the entrance door has easy lift locking, the taps are operated by sensors, there is choice of hand drier or sensor operated hand towel dispenser. Electric over head hoist above the changing bed. All toilets have grab rails and side bars. PPE equipment ie aprons and gloves are readily available from the dispensers.
