The centre has 4 access points for the public to enter. The centre can also be accessed from Tesco, H&M and Costa coffee. • Argyle street entrance is accessed from street level with a small gradual incline up the mall. • St Enoch Square entrance is accessed from street level with a lift bypassing stairs and an escalator. • Howard street entrance is accessed by 2 ramps from either side which bypass stairs. • Dunlop Street entrance is accessed by a small ramp which bypasses stairs.

Toilets
• The customer toilets are situated on level 2 on the food court side. Both the car park lifts and the scenic lifts lead to the toilets. There are 6 men’s cubicles and 23 female cubicles. There are also 2 accessible toilets and a baby change in the vicinity. The toilets are open during the centre opening times. The accessible toilets are accessed through a radar key. • Further accessible toilets are situated on the ground floor next to Starbucks on the east side of the centre, at the back of the food court next to McDonalds and on the first floor next to Leith Collective. All these facilities are easily accessible and well lit. • All accessible toilets are accessed through a radar key and a motion sensor is used to alert data control of a customer’s presence. • All accessible toilets have an emergency pull cord with emergency light outside. • All accessible toilets have a minimal opening of 35” / 890mm, they all have lever taps with 4 handrails in the room. The WC in each room is 18” / 460mm from the top of the pan to the floor. • All accessible toilets have fluorescent lighting which is regularly maintained.
