Venue Description
A Staffordshire paradise: a rich blend of landscape, monuments, gardens and architecture, shaped by exploration and global encounters.
Accessibility
The Estate is large with a diverse range of attractions, ranging from countryside walks to the Georgian Mansion. Please visit our website for a full access statement, this will provide details for our entire site. To summarise, we feel that we have managed to remove many barriers for people with physical access needs. For example; we run a shuttle service, we loan Trampers (Powered Mobility Vehicles) free of charge to those who wish to explore the outdoors, and we offer a stair lift to give wheelchair users access to the Mansion. We are still making improvements where we can. We have more work to do when considering sensory access. We have induction loops at all till points, offer large print and braille guides and our site is large enough to find quieter spaces outdoors.
