The perfect place for you and all the family to keep active, Seven Islands Leisure Centre has all the facilities you’ll need to have fun and stay active. These include a 33m swimming pool that plays host to our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a huge range of other aquatic activities, including casual swim sessions, fitness sessions as well as fun Wet and Wild sessions. You can also enjoy our well-equipped, ultra-modern gym that will help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Meanwhile, our group exercise classes are ideal for just about everybody, too. All Southwark residents have access to free swim and gym sessions in council-owned centres at certain times during the week.

Southwark borough residents are now able to use the swim and gym facilities for free in six of the borough’s leisure centres, operated by Everyone Active in partnership with Southwark Council. Disabled residents will be able to use all leisure centres for free seven days a week. This is available: Anytime on Friday (subject to programmes and timetables) Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2.00pm to close Over 60s can take part in any Silver sessions free We believe the best way to be proactive about health and wellbeing is by prevention, by making it easier for people to make healthier choices and to achieve a more active lifestyle.
