Our branches all have canal barges designed to welcome the disabled and those with special needs.
Ratho 3 boats, Falkirk & Kirkintilloch 2, Inverness 1 plus a family, six berth self-drive family boat at Falkirk.
Our charitable purpose is to offer free cruises to the disabled and those with special needs on Scotland’s canals.
All our crews are volunteers – we have no paid staff.
We require to fundraise in any way possible, as we are not funded by local authorities, Lottery etc.
We are fully insured £5 million Public Liability.

Staff
We have crews whose responsibility is to ensure passengers are safely embarked/disembarked. All those with special needs must be accompanied by appropriate carers. The ‘staff’ are the equivalent of bus drivers ie qualified skippers and trained crew.
