Overview
not very friendly at all. it does not promote good access of staff help at all. There is a lift but very difficult to get on as parents and kids are constantly pushing in and past.
Transport & Parking
train and bus access not to far away
Access
Have a lift but that is about the best thing I can say
Toilets
Has loo's but was very difficult to get into not very clean at all and worst off no bog roll
Staff
There was no help when they say trying to navigate through the crowd. Wheelchair got kicked many times by staff as they aren't even aware.
