Accessibility
There are three main entrances for the SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Main (A), Accessible (B) and priority (C). There are a few steps on the lead up to the doors of entrance A but both B and C entrances have no steps. There is a ramp leading from both B and C entrances. Entrance B is used for small pushchairs to enter and join the correct queue line for their ticket type. Larger pushchairs will need to use entrance C. When it comes to the queuing systems there are three queues and routes that are formed, standard tickets and online redemption, MAP’s and ticket holders and priority ticket holders.

Toilets
There are toilets available on every floor inside the aquarium. Each set of toilets have female, male disabled and baby changing facilities. There Aquarium is heavily sign posted with directions to the toilets. They are regularly checked and cleaned by our staff; therefore allowing we maintain them to a high standard.
Staff
Qualified First Aid Staff will be on duty at all times. If you require First Aid please make any member of staff aware.
