Getting Here

The camp is not easily accessed by public transport. The nearest train stations are Salisbury or Bournemouth (approximately 40 mins drive from the camp). Buses Buses run to Blandford Forum which is approximately 2.5 miles from Blandford camp. Bus Timetable from Salisbury to Blandford Service 20 Salisbury to Blandford Via Pimperne, Tarrant Hinton, Cashmoor, Sixpenny Handley and Coombe Bissett Bus Timetable from Weymouth to Blandford X12 Bus Service Weymouth to Blandford Via Dorchester and Puddletown. Buses do not go to The Camp. The Camp is approximately 2.5 miles from Blandford Camp – via a country road.

Parking

The Royal Signals Museum has excellent access for disabled visitors. The Car Park is just feet from the main entrance with a ramp up to the doors. The Museum is on two floors. Access from the first floor to the Café and second floor is by lift. The second floor has two levels with aces by Stannah stair lift for wheelchairs. There are two wheelchairs available at reception, if required.
