Accessibility

Rieker's Solihull store allows for wheelchair access and has seating areas available. Although Mell Square, where Rieker is located, does not have a Shopmobility unit, there is a Shopmobility service within the Touchwood Shopping Centre. The Touchwood Shopmobility service is located in the Orange Welcome Hall. Guests wishing to hire equipment must register with the service. This can be done at the Shopmobility reception desk. Registration to the service is free of charge. Scooters and wheelchairs are available to hire free of charge.
