This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Powerchair
Overview
My wife booked us in for a break after a difficult time. it is a top end hotel with a price to match but we were offered a hoist etc if needed! the staff were very attentive and helpful and you can get everywhere including the pool and jacuzzi. I would not recommend a powerchair in the steam room
Transport & Parking
Allocated and well marked spaces with level access everywhere I went. disabled toilets and handles in the changing rooms for the pool and no problem taking my chair into the pool area.
Access
the Keep where we stayed had a great room and a hoist was available if needed. The en-suite wet room was equipped to a high standard and the only problem was the shower seat was slippery, this was solved by them providing an extra bath mat to put on the seat. the main hotel was equipped to the same standard.
Toilets
They all had grab handles in the ones I used in the room and changing area for the pool
Staff
They were all very knowledgeable and helpfull.

A luxurious hotel for a real treat.

Do they have any profiling beds? I am finding it really hard to find any hotels that do....

This is a really useful comment thank you. One question - do they have any profiling beds? They seem to have covered every other base.
