Overview

SAM, Palace Theatre Manchester. I have MS and had never been to this venue before but have been to other venues and wouldn't go again. The Palace was fabulous. I was met with an usher Sam . He never left me, I was walking but with a lot of difficulty. He offered me his arm to help me balance he went above and beyond. He escorted name via lifts to my seats. At the interval another usher came to see I was OK then at the end another usher came to help me out sadly I didn't get their names. I had the best night ever. I am so grateful to Sam and the other ushers. I am looking at other shows to book. THANKYOU, IT WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER.

Ì had a fabulous time at the Palace Manchester,I have MS and have difficulty walking. I was met with Sam,he went above and beyond. He took me through both the lifts and to my seat with my daughter. He offered me his arm to help me balance.He was so lovely. In the interval sam sent another usher to see I was OK and needed anything.At the end another usher to hell and led me out. I am looking at other shows to see again. Please thank the staff,they allowed me to have the memory of a lovely night. Thankyou
