Ottery St Mary Library is situated in the centre of the town. There is one meeting room suitable for up to 16 people, prices start at £12.10 an hour (charity rate £8.80). The library is light, bright and airy. Free WiFi is available throughout, the entire building is wheelchair-accessible and there are kitchen facilities available. The Library has a varied selection of stock, including the Coleridge Collection, with books about the life and work of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, who was born in Ottery St Mary. Ottery St Mary Tourist Information Centre are also based in the Library. Accessibility

The warm, welcoming library space is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Friendly staff are on hand to help, and some staff have been trained to give extra support to those who are neurodiverse or who have Alzheimer's.

We have level access to public toilets inside the building including one that is fully wheelchair accessible.

Staff

Friendly staff are there to support during opening hours. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the library is staffed by volunteers.
