Overview

I went to a concert at this venue. When booking tickets I phoned up to check on accessibility. The staff were really helpful. By sending a copy of my PIP I was entitled to a free carer's ticket and could sit in the disabled access area. Otherwise the venue is all standing. On arrival the security staff were friendly and helpful. Then a first aider showed us to our seats having explained where the toilet was. In the disabled access area there was another first aider who remained on duty the whole time. At the end of the evening we were shown out via a side door to avoid the crowds. An excellent experience

Transport & Parking

There is some double yellow line parking with a blue badge fairly close. Otherwise it is a multi storey car park.

Access

You access through the front door but then are shown to the area. The slope up to the area is quite steep. There is a disabled access toilet.
