This ground floor open plan apartment, that was once home to the Coastguards, benefits from the wonderful and peaceful cliff top setting above Minsmere beach. This comfortable apartment has a private entrance and courtyard as well as use of the small enclosed garden adjacent. The neighbouring café and gift shop is perfect for those holiday treats and cream teas. As well as the amazing birdlife at Dunwich Heath and adjacent RSPB Minsmere the area also attracts herds of red deer and is home to some shy otters. Sleeps two, twin beds which can be a 6’ double on request.

The cottage has been assessed as accessible for occasional wheelchair users. There is a level access entry point to the rear and level access throughout this open plan apartment. The wet room has appropriate support rails in place and the WC has a drop down support rail. There is a self-propelling shower chair with hygiene seat available for guest use.
