Venue Description

Newent Library is located on the High Street in Newent at the centre of the community with 2 car parks one behind the Library. The Library offers a wide range of groups and activities including baby bounce and rhyme, story times, children's craft activities, Library Club and Local Family History sessions. You can access our free Wi-Fi throughout the building or use one of our PC's free for 2 hours a day for Library members. Its free to join just bring along a valid proof of id and staff can get you started using our services

Accessibility

The building is accessed by a ramp which has a handrail leading to 2 automatic doors. To exit the building the internal door is opened using a push keypad and the second door is automatic. The public area of the Library is on one floor

Toilets

The toilet is located between the 2 automatic entrance doors and can be access in a wheelchair. There are grab rails and an emergency pull cord alarm
