Nestled on the leafy banks of the River Ness, lies Ness Walk. An idyllic 5-star retreat hotel in Inverness located just 10 minutes from Loch Ness. Surrounded by a dramatic canopy of impressive trees, Ness Walk allows you to experience a secluded atmosphere in the heart of the vibrant city centre. Originally a 19th century house, the lovingly restored Grade B listed building still retains many of its period features. But unified with modern design and architecture, providing a flawless balance between past and present. Exceptional service is at the core of your Ness Walk experience. Our concierge will announce your arrival and arrange valet parking. Your luggage will then be delivered to your room, complete with garden or river views. So you can relax by the fire in our lounge with a welcoming glass of chilled champagne, as we organise the check in details for you. Accessibility

The hotel has a level entrance for disabled visitors with on-site parking available. All public spaces including the reception, lounge, Torrish Restaurant & Bar, private dining space and Cedar Rooms are level access. Other room types can be accessed by an elevator. Ness Walk was newly opened in 2019 so features the latest in accessible facilities with efforts made to ensure that our facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. Throughout the building, we have installed ramps, lifts, and accessible toilets, and staff are trained to provide assistance to guests who need it. We offer 47 en-suite bedrooms, of which, 3 are accessible rooms – 1 on the ground floor with level access, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor that both require access via an elevator. These rooms are step free with accessible bathrooms. Our Birch Accessible King Room and Wellingtonia accessible suite are available for booking online on all platforms and sites and also over the phone to allow ease of booking. We have installed a hearing loop within our reception area and have a vibrating pillow pad available on request. Accessible rooms have safety pull cords, handrails, and have wet room facilities with low level wash basins. We also offer a restaurant and bar within the Grade B restored building, on the ground floor with level access. The toilets at Ness Walk are accessible with level access and wide doors for optimum room to manoeuvre. All wash basins have level taps for easy use. there are also adjustable grab rails.
