Getting Here

By Bus: The Museum is a 5 minute, or 500 metre walk from Drummer Street bus station. By Train: The Museum is a 20 minute, or 1.1 mile walk from Cambridge Railway Station. From here, a taxi or bus can be taken to the city centre.

Parking

The centre of Cambridge and the area around the Museum are subject to vehicle restrictions and it is advisable not to travel by car into the centre where possible. There is no visitor parking; the nearest car park is located in the Grand Arcade multi-storey carpark on Corn Exchange Street; a 5 minute walk from the Museum. For Park & Ride information please see the Park & Ride page of the Cambridgeshire County Council. The Museum has one accessible parking bay for blue badge holders, located on the New Museums Site. To access this space please enter the site through the Pembroke Arch and speak to security through the intercom. We regret that this space is not bookable in advance.
