Venue Description

Muirfield Riding Therapy is a Volunteer-led RDA Centre providing pioneering, life-changing Equine Facilitated Therapy, which involves activities with horses to promote our participants’ physical and mental health. Our Service is free to ensure it is accessible to all who need it.

Accessibility

Our Centre is fully accessible to all public areas internally and externally. We have two accessible toilets, one of which has an adult changing table and hoist. We have two further hoists, allowing our participants to mount either our horses or our Mechanical Horse

As our Centre is based within a private, working Farm and Livery, there is not off-lead provision for dogs. However, there are plenty of outdoors, and grass areas by the Centre where Assistance Dogs can be on-lead. The nearest Dog Park is approx 4 miles away by North Berwick - Seek Dog Park, Opposite Drift Coffeehouse, Quarrel Sands, North Berwick, East Lothian EH39 5PL, 01620 892817
